The Problem: ok so im stuglalin with weight, and in exactly 61 days is my cuz weding and i want to look nice. i weigh now between 5-185 it changes. i want to loose about puonds by 61 days. summer just started so its liek a fresh start. i have already started eating right and working out, and have alreayd ost some weight. is there any other tips or pionters that can help me out. i also want to look good for school next year. i feel so depressed right now i dont know what 2 do with my self....i can never were cloths that are popular or ones that i liek, only ones that fit. i hate it, and i hate my situation as it is, so im trying 2 change it, and i need a push, i need help.

i am dealing with same exact thing..same exact weight.. so i know how you feel!
well just try to eat right in the next 61 dayz, go jog in the morning and b-4 it gets dark outside that's what helped me loose waight!!

What you need to do is when you wake up go for a jog. When you get back, instead of Eating your food rapidly, take a while to fini. When yur eating, your brain dosnt realize your eating for another 20 minutes! so start slow. Maybe do something fun in between the day. Go walk around the mall. Yes, there's alot of junk food and high carb snacks, but try to skip those stores. after that, have asnack! Maybe some milk and pretzels. Have some herbval tea. Then awhile after you've eatin your meal, wait about an hour then go joggin again, it'll help. then instead of goping strait to bed, do something like prepare your meals for the next day. for drinks i recomend diet dr.pepper or diet carb free pepsi(vanilla has a better taste) water and milf are fine. and for the soda, drink 1 mabe every two days. people think no wait is brought on with alot of diet soda. these days, diet soda is very VERY unhealthy on the boaRDS cuz people drink alot of it and dont think it'll affect them in health. I know how u feel. but after this diet, you'll feel comfortable and proud of yourself at the weding, plus around people around you. PLEASE, ALL I'M SAYING IS DO NOT DO A CRASH DIET! MAKE SURE TO EAT EVERY MEAL OF THE DAY! A FACT IS, IF YOU DONT EAT 1 MEAL OR TWO, THE OTHER MEAL WILL ALL BE STORED AS FAT CUZ OF THE WAY UR BODY WORKS! So, in the end you'll feel comfertable at the wedding, around people, in public, and most inportantly, with yourself!
