Again most likely because even though she denies it she is one of TS's girls and wants good girl points. At no point does this seem like she is actually calling him a boy. though with the typical age of the users on this site boy seems like a pretty accurate call. also sapphire likes conflict so it could just be how she makes her own fun {shrug}
